Below are some of the most common questions we receive from our customers at James Crawley. If you have any enquiries that aren't covered in our frequently asked questions, then please don't hesitate to contact us.

  • Where do you ship to?
    We ship worldwide! You'll be able to select your shipping option in the checkout menu.
  • Do you offer custom engraving?
    We look at custom orders on a case by case basis. If you are interested to have your name or company name engraved on one of our products, please contact us via the contact us form.
  • Do you offer Gift Wrap?
    Yes! We'd be glad to wrap your order in order to make it extra special and allow you to really make a memorable gift. Please use the Contact Us form to let us know for what occasion you would like to have your order gift wrapped.
  • How should I care for my J/C products?
    Please refer to the specific product page to find care information.
  • Do I have to pay taxes and/or import duties?
    You may need to pay taxes and/or import duties when ordering from outside the European Union. Please note that for orders placed outside of the European Union you are responsible for all clearance fees (where applicable) and import duties in your own country.
  • How do I return or exchange an item?
    We are happy to exchange or refund any items that have not been altered with for up to 28 days after original order receipt. Please note that James Crawley cannot be held liable for courier charges, customs duties or lost parcels. When returning an item, please ensure it is packaged securely in its original condition, with it's original box (if applicable), and is accompanied by the original Dispatch Note. This will ensure that your return is processed speedily. When returning an item, please use a tracked or signed for service. If you would like to exchange your product for one of a higher value and we need to make an extra charge, please get in touch with our team via the contact form.
